JCPenney will provide catalog service in Newark, NY through the JCPenney Catalog Service Center located at Secor Home & Hardware, 800 W. Miller Street, Newark. Operated by Secor Home & Hardware the catalog service center will offer convenient shop-at-home and online catalog ordering services.
